These two land parcels located on Lucas Lane have been acquired from separate landowners and share a joint access from Gray’s Lane.
Of the 47 homes, 40% will be designated for affordable housing and these will consist of one-bedroom apartments and two- to four-bedroom houses. The remainder, for private sale, will consist of two- to five-bedroom houses.
All of these properties will be designed to incorporate air source heat pumps, EV charging points and sustainable construction principles.

The new homes are expected to launch in Summer 2026 with the first occupations planned for the end of 2026.
